A unique opportunity to own an immaculate Pre‑Owned Glendale Lodge by Pemberton at Stewart’s Resort St Andrews.
The Glendale is Pemberton’s flagship model, and provides the perfect blend of luxury and space. It is offered in absolutely pristine condition having had one careful owner from new, and benefits from an impressive 37 years remaining on its 40‑year lease.
Positioned in a prime location within the resort, this particular lodge is the highly desirable 44ft x 22ft two‑bedroom configuration, and is complemented externally by a large south facing deck, extending to approx. 300 square feet, which is perfect for soaking up the sun or dinning with friends.
For buyers seeking a high‑end “pre-loved” turnkey lodge, in exceptional condition, this Glendale represents a rare opportunity to acquire an outstanding holiday home at a substantial saving compared to purchasing brand new.
