As a result, park home owners can now purchase a GoldShield warranty as part of their maintenance package.
Under the GoldShield Warranty Scheme, structural defects and other problems with the home are covered for a period of 10 years. This warranty is administered by the National Caravan Council in partnership with the manufacturer, and it comes in two parts: the Initial Period lasts two years from purchase or three years from manufacture, whichever comes first; and the Continuing Warranty Period covers hidden structural defects.
